🌟 HUDSON’S GOLDEN GEM
A beautiful golden russet with an incredible sweet, nutty, pear-like flavor. Rich, complex and wonderfully different from the apples you find in a typical grocery store.

🍏 POMME GRIS
A true old-fashioned heirloom with a rich, sweet, nutty flavor balanced by a dramatic, pleasantly tart finish. Deeply flavorful and delicious eaten fresh.

🌳 Why are they called heirlooms?
Heirloom apples are varieties that have been grown and passed down for generations-often long before modern supermarket apples were developed. Many were treasured for their distinctive flavors, textures and character, but because they aren’t grown commercially on a large scale, they can be hard to find today.
