We currently have two types of cider in the retail barn-Belgian Hard Cider and Heritage Gold.

The Belgian Hard Cider is made with Grains of Paradise and Orange Peel, and fermented with a Belgian Ale Yeast. Ingredients: Empire Apples, Gala Apples, Grains of Paradise, Orange Peel, Yeast. Contains Sulfites and Sorbate.

The Heritage Gold Cider is made with two heirloom apples-Golden Russet and Rhode Island Greening.

The cider is made entirely on our family orchard is Groton, Massachusetts.
